Non-fixed charges you may need to pay during or at the end of your contract

Early termination charges

If you terminate your contract prior to the expiry of the contract minimum period, you will have to pay an early termination charge, which is calculated as 70% of your remaining monthly contract charges. An example of this, including the broadband products listed above, is provided below.

£15.00 plan - £10.50 charge for each month remaining of the contract
£20.00 plan - £14.00 charge for each month remaining of the contract
£22.50 plan - £15.75 charge for each month remaining of the contract


(This may be different if you have an introductory rate for your chosen package. This will still be charged as 70% of the introductory rate for each remaining month the rate applies, reverting to the above rates following the end of this period)
